Embodied Movement (yoga)

Online yoga classes are coming for winter. Subscribe to my newsletter or check back here for more details!

My classes are less about perfecting poses and more about coming home to yourself.
No matter the style, each practice is an invitation to explore your body with curiosity—to notice how you move, feel, and breathe in this moment. Through gentle awareness and mindful movement, we slow down enough to listen.

This is where the mind-body connection deepens, and with it, a greater sense of self-trust and inner knowing. Yoga becomes not just something you do, but a way of being—an opportunity to reconnect with your intuition and your own rhythm of life.

How to Prepare for an Online Yoga Class

Create a space that feels cozy, safe, and supportive. You might dim the lights, light a candle, or burn incense. Use an essential oil roller, gather your props, and set up your environment in a way that helps you feel grounded, connected, and held.

What to Bring

  • Your yoga mat

  • Any props you have (bolster, blocks, blanket, pillows)

  • A journal and pen for reflections

  • Water or tea nearby

Somatic Restorative is a deeply nourishing practice that blends the rest of restorative yoga with the fluidity of somatic movement. This class invites mindful, intentional movement and focused attention on internal sensations: movement as meditation. Through rocking, self-massage, supportive postures, and conscious breath, you'll deepen your mind-body connection, release held tension, and guide your nervous system toward safety and ease. This practice supports stress reduction, enhances balance, improves flexibility, and cultivates self-awareness, offering a deeply personal exploration of your body's innate wisdom.

The Embodied Circle

In the ever-changing world we live in, it’s important to find spaces where we can pause and be truly seen and heard in our experience — to honor the fullness of what we feel and who we are. This 4-week small group journey is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and inner wisdom.

Each session offers a safe and supportive space to share your truth, release tension, and cultivate presence through grounding practices, breathwork, movement, and reflective journaling. By tuning into your body’s intelligence and being witnessed in your experience, you’ll leave each session feeling more grounded, centred, and aligned with what matters most to you.

  • Welcome & Circle Opening
    Set intentions, create a safe space, and settle into the session.

  • Check-In & Truth Sharing
    Share what’s present for you in the moment. Listen and be heard without judgment or pressure.

  • Grounding, Breathwork & Movement
    Gentle breathwork and somatic movement to release tension, cultivate presence, and reconnect with your body.

  • Journaling & Reflection
    Reflect on your experience, notice insights, and set intentions to carry forward.

  • Closing Circle
    Integrate the session with a brief reflection and gratitude for the shared space.

In these sessions, we work with the body as a wise and trusted guide. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or longing for a deeper connection to yourself — embodiment coaching offers a compassionate pathway inward.

Together, we slow down, attune to your sensations, and gently explore the patterns that live beneath the surface. Through breath, movement, and somatic inquiry, we create space for more clarity, choice, and ease to emerge.

This is not about fixing you — it’s about walking alongside you as you learn to listen, trust, and feel safe in your own skin.
