Through somatic practice, nervous system support, mindfulness, and compassionate reflection, we begin noticing what is here across the many layers of ourselves — mind, body, emotions, energy, and inner experience.
When working 1:1, I may gently mirror or reflect what I notice in a non-judgemental way, helping bring greater awareness and understanding to patterns, sensations, emotions, or protective parts that may be asking for attention.
When we create space to notice ourselves more honestly and compassionately, deeper connection becomes possible.
And from that connection, transformation can unfold.

Somatic Restorative is a gentle class designed to help you land in your body and down-regulate your nervous system. Through a mixture of slow somatic movement, intuitive movement, supported restorative postures, and guided awareness, you’ll release built-up tension and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and ease.
This type of movement is meant to connect you to your body.
This class is meant to bring you into a relaxed, unhurried state of being.

A single session designed to support nervous system regulation and bring you back into your body to meet whatever is there. These sessions offer a grounding reset — helping you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in the present moment.
Whole-person support rooted in the mind-body connection. Through embodiment, nervous system support, and guided self-inquiry, we work together to help you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I offer workshops in both online and in-person formats. Each workshop is designed to provide a supportive space for exploration, reflection, and embodied learning.
