Let's co-regulate together
You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what’s going on before you begin. Often, we carry sensations, emotions, or experiences that are asking for our attention, but we may not have the space, tools, or support to slow down enough to listen.
The intention is not to force change or uncover something that isn’t ready to emerge. Instead, we trust your body’s wisdom and allow the process to unfold at a pace that feels supportive.
So many of us have learned to move through life by overriding our bodies, managing emotions alone, staying busy, or becoming who we needed to be for everyone else. These sessions offer a different way. A space to slow down, listen inward, and meet yourself with curiosity, compassion, and support.
These 1:1 embodiment sessions are grounded in co-regulation—the process of settling and supporting the nervous system through safe, attuned connection with another person. Rather than having to hold everything on your own, co-regulation allows the body to borrow steadiness, safety, and presence. Through gentle pacing, attuned guidance, and embodied awareness, your system has the opportunity to soften, settle, and feel supported as you meet what is here.
In these sessions, drawing from yoga, somatic healing, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness, we take a whole-person approach—recognizing that our thoughts, emotions, nervous systems, lived experiences, and bodies are deeply connected.
We don’t rush to fix, perform healing, or force insight.
Instead, we slow down and get curious.
While conversation and reflection have their place, we also include the wisdom of the body—noticing sensations, breath, tension, impulses, emotions, and patterns as they arise in real time. Together, we explore the relationship between what you are experiencing internally and how it may be living within the body and nervous system.
Together, we may work with:
Meeting the nervous system with care and awareness
Tracking sensation, emotion, and felt sense
Exploring thoughts, patterns, and inner parts with curiosity and compassion
Allowing emotions to move without forcing release
Listening for unmet needs and body-based cues
Supporting the body and mind in finding greater regulation and connection
This work creates space for what is present to be met with safety rather than effort.
Over time, this can support deeper self-understanding, greater trust in yourself and your body, and a stronger capacity to stay present with your experience in moments of stress, emotion, or uncertainty.
These sessions are not about fixing you.
They are about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported enough to meet yourself more honestly—allowing body, mind, and nervous system to be in conversation rather than working against one another.
Each session is intuitive, collaborative, and uniquely shaped around you.
🌿 A 60-minute private session held in a grounded, supportive space
We begin by checking in — exploring what brought you here, how you’ve been doing, and what feels most present in your life right now.
🌿 Gentle grounding and nervous system support
Depending on what feels supportive that day, we may begin with grounding, breathwork, mindfulness, or simple practices to help you settle and arrive.
🌿 Meeting the body with curiosity
As we talk, we also pay attention to the body. Often, speaking about what’s happening in our lives brings sensations, emotions, or tension into awareness. Rather than rushing past or trying to change these experiences, we slow down and gently meet them.
🌿 Whole-person exploration
Together, we notice what may be arising — sensations, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and nervous system responses — while staying curious about what your experience may be communicating.
We may explore questions like:
What are you noticing in your body right now?
What emotions are present?
What thoughts or beliefs are arising?
What part of you is showing up here?
If that part of you could speak, what might it say?
🌿 Space for reflection, integration, and regulation
Sessions may include gentle movement, breath, stillness, somatic awareness, or energetic support aligned with your needs and comfort. We move at a pace that honours your nervous system and capacity.
🌿 You remain in choice throughout
Everything is invitational. You are never asked to push past your limits or share more than feels supportive. This work is collaborative, and your agency matters.
You’re welcome to bring whatever you’re arriving with: fatigue, curiosity, emotion, or simply a desire to rest.
You’re moving through something and want a safe space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
You’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally stuck and want support meeting what’s here.
You’re noticing sensations in your body—tension, heaviness, fatigue, or discomfort—and feel curious about what they may be communicating.
You have a feeling that something needs your attention, but you’re not sure what it is yet.
You’re navigating a transition, change, or season of uncertainty and want support staying connected to yourself.
You’re curious about a different way of exploring emotions, patterns, and experiences through the body.
You’re ready to be supported rather than holding everything on your own.
No prior experience with yoga, somatic work, or internal family systems is needed. Just a willingness to meet yourself with curiosity.

No. While there is reflection and sharing, the primary focus is on the body and felt experience rather than analyzing or fixing. This work is meant to strengthen your mind-body connection.
