8-Week Coaching Container
Integration & transformation
The Deep Return is an 8-week, one-on-one embodied coaching container for deep, lasting transformation.
This longer container allows time for nervous-system-level change, integration, and re-patterning of long-standing ways of being.
We work slowly and intentionally with the body, inner parts, and emotional landscape — supporting you in releasing survival strategies that no longer serve you and reconnecting with your authentic rhythm, voice, and sense of self.
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you are beneath adaptation and self-protection.
We will work through the cycle of change:
Embodied Awareness → Sensing/Feeling → Expression/Articulation → Embodied Insight → Action/Integration
The intention: to work slowly and consistently with long-standing relational and nervous system patterns so that real, embodied change can take root.
This container is about transformation through integration — allowing time for:
Old survival strategies to soften
New ways of relating to yourself and others to emerge
The body to learn and trust something different
The Deep Return supports depth, re-patterning, and lasting change.
It’s for when you’re ready to shift how you show up in relationships and in your life — not just understand it, but live it differently.
You’re ready to show up in the world more authentically, knowing your values and trusting your intuition
You want support through a deeper personal or identity-level shift
You keep finding yourself in the same relationship dynamics, even when you want something different
You often adapt, accommodate, or soften yourself to maintain connection
You feel responsible for others’ comfort, emotions, or outcomes
You want deeper connection, but notice yourself holding back or staying guarded
You struggle to express your needs, truth, or boundaries without guilt
You long to feel more secure, grounded, and at home in yourself when relating to others
A no-pressure space to connect, ask questions, and feel into whether working together feels supportive for you.
Eight 60-minute sessions
The weekly themes below offer a gentle framework for our work together, not a rigid plan. While we hold an overall intention, we also make space for what is most alive in you each week — trusting that meaningful work often unfolds through what is asking for attention in the present moment.
Where are you now?
We begin by slowing down and getting to know you — your current season of life, what feels supportive, what feels challenging, and what is bringing you here.
Together we begin building safety, connection, and awareness while exploring your nervous system, current patterns, and intentions for our work together.
You may leave with:
Greater awareness of where you are right now, and where you want to be
A first grounding or resourcing practice
Feeling seen, supported, and more connected to yourself
Learning your language
This week is about becoming more familiar with the body’s signals and responses.
We gently explore how stress, tension, activation, overwhelm, or disconnection may show up for you — building awareness without judgment.
You may leave with:
Greater awareness of your body’s cues and patterns
More understanding of your nervous system responses
Personalized practices for support and regulation
What do you need?
Many of us learn to override our needs or care for others before ourselves.
This week invites deeper awareness of your needs, limits, and capacity — helping you recognize what support, rest, honesty, or boundaries may be asking for.
You may leave with:
More clarity around your needs and limits
Greater awareness of body-based yes/no signals
One supportive shift to practice in daily life
What is beginning to reveal itself?
By this point, we’ve begun building awareness of your nervous system, patterns, needs, and body signals.
Rather than rushing toward change, this week creates space to pause and notice what is becoming clearer. Often, once there is more safety and awareness, deeper themes, emotions, or relational patterns begin to emerge.
Together, we reflect on what has surfaced so far and gently prepare for the deeper work ahead.
You may leave with:
Greater awareness of recurring patterns or themes
A clearer sense of what feels ready for deeper exploration
More trust in your body and the coaching process
A steadier foundation for continued work
What keeps repeating?
Together we begin exploring the deeper patterns shaping your experience — emotionally, relationally, and within the nervous system.
This is not about blame or fixing, but compassionate understanding.
You may leave with:
Greater insight into recurring patterns
More compassion for protective responses
A deeper understanding of yourself
What feels true?
This week explores voice, truth, and the experience of expressing yourself more honestly.
We gently work with people-pleasing, over-accommodating, and the body’s relationship to boundaries and expression.
You may leave with:
More clarity around your truth and needs
Greater confidence expressing yourself
A deeper sense of self-trust
Can you let support in?
Many of us know how to care for others, but struggle to receive support ourselves.
This week explores worthiness, rest, receiving, and softening patterns of over-functioning or constant doing.
You may leave with:
Greater ease and nervous system capacity
More comfort receiving support
A gentler relationship with rest and self-care
How do you want to move forward?
Our final session brings together the full journey.
We reflect on growth, celebrate what has shifted, and create a path for continued integration and self-connection beyond coaching.
You may leave with:
Greater trust in yourself and your body
A deeper connection to who you are
Practices and intentions to carry forward
A deeper understanding of long-standing patterns and where they live in your body
Increased capacity to stay present with emotions, needs, and truth
A more secure, embodied relationship with yourself
Greater ease and honesty in how you relate to others
Less reliance on old survival strategies like people-pleasing or self-abandonment
Embodied tools and practices that support ongoing integration
A felt sense of alignment that influences how you live, choose, and connect
This work supports lasting change that continues integrating beyond our time together.
This work honours your autonomy, your pace, and your body’s innate wisdom.
No. While there may be moments of reflection or sharing, the primary focus is on the body and felt experience rather than analyzing or fixing.

That’s welcome here. There’s no expectation to explain or make meaning — we follow what’s present with care and curiosity.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. You may like to have water, tea, a pillow, and a journal nearby.
These sessions are not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but can work beautifully alongside other forms of support.
