So often, we try to understand ourselves through the mind alone.
We analyze our patterns, think through our emotions, read the books, listen to the podcasts, and work hard to make sense of what we’re experiencing.
And while insight matters, sometimes understanding something intellectually doesn’t create the change we’re longing for.
That’s because we are not just minds — and we are not just bodies.
We are both.
Embodiment coaching is rooted in the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, nervous systems, relationships, and physical experiences are deeply connected. The body and mind are constantly communicating with one another, shaping how we feel, respond, relate, and move through life.
When we begin listening to both, something shifts.
My coaching approach is grounded in the mind-body connection. Supporting you as a whole person rather than separating emotional, mental, and physical experiences.
Together, we explore:
What you’re thinking and feeling
How stress or emotion may be showing up in your body
The nervous system patterns influencing your responses
The stories, beliefs, and protective strategies you’ve developed
What your body may be asking for beneath the surface
This is not about choosing between mindset work or body work.
It is about bringing them into conversation.
Through a blend of mindfulness, nervous system support, Internal Family Systems, somatic awareness, and yoga-informed practices, we create space to understand yourself more fully and support change that feels grounded and sustainable.
A no-pressure space to connect, ask questions, and feel into whether working together feels supportive for you.
This is for you if you’re ready to move beyond building awareness and begin exploring what’s underneath—the patterns, emotions, beliefs, and parts of yourself that shape how you move through the world.
You may have completed The Embodiment Foundation, or you may already have a foundation of nervous system awareness and somatic connection. With those tools in place, our work together becomes more intuitive and responsive to what is present for you.
Together, we’ll explore what is ready to be seen, understood, and integrated. This may include working with repeating patterns, protective parts, emotions that feel stuck, life transitions, relationships, boundaries, or the parts of yourself that are longing to be expressed more fully.
Rather than following a set curriculum, each session is guided by what is alive for you in the moment—creating space for deeper self-understanding, self-trust, and meaningful change.
This is a space to continue building a relationship with yourself: one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the confidence to show up as your whole self.
This work honours your autonomy, your pace, and your body’s innate wisdom.
Book a 15 minute connection call. This way, we can feel into whether working together feels aligned. This is by no means a sales call. I want us both to feel like it's the right fit.
No. While there may be moments of reflection or sharing, the primary focus is on the body and felt experience rather than analyzing or fixing.
I am not a therapist, I am a coach.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. I suggest having water, a pillow, a journal, and a yoga mat nearby.
If we're meeting online, set yourself up in a space you feel comfortable in, where you have privacy.
These sessions are supportive and complementary in nature. They are not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but can work beautifully alongside other forms of support.
