Episode 29: Learning to Sit in the Unknown

As we move through the intensity of changing seasons, shifting priorities, and all the transitions life quietly asks of us, this week’s episode is an invitation to reflect on what it means to trust yourself when life feels uncertain.

In this episode, I share some honest reflections on navigating change, learning how to sit in the unknown, and why building a deeper relationship with ourselves may be one of the most important parts of healing and living well.

So much of life teaches us to search outside of ourselves for answers. To override our intuition. To become who we think we need to be. But embodiment asks something different of us. It invites us to slow down enough to listen inward, notice what is present, and begin trusting what feels true for us — even when we don’t have the full picture.

I’m also sharing some exciting news as I begin offering in-person Embodiment Sessions starting this July, along with a simple somatic practice to help you reconnect with your centre when life feels overwhelming.
